Catalysts are an important variety in the chemical industry with a wide range of applications. The production of catalysts requires high technical indicators such as granulation, drying, and calcination. 2、 Engineering advantages
a) The processed material is a catalyst, and the temperature before and after drying of the material can be different, with segmented heating. The operating temperature of each unit can be independently controlled. Adjustments can be made based on the drying condition of the material during actual operation.
b) Each drying unit adopts a combination of hot air circulation, fresh air supplementation, and humid air discharge to reduce energy consumption.
c) In order to facilitate timely detection of materials on the mesh belt, each drying unit has two observation sampling ports.
d) The width of the mesh belt is relatively large, so attention should be paid to the distribution of hot air to ensure stable product quality. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that all hot air can pass through the material to prevent air leakage.
e) The mesh belt comes with movable material blocking plates on both sides to prevent materials from rolling off. In order to increase the strength of the mesh belt, a double-layer mesh is used, with coarse wires as the load-bearing layer below and fine wires as the stacking material layer above. The upper mesh size of the mesh belt should not exceed 24 mesh (diameter less than 1.0mm), and the lower support mesh should be 8 mesh;
f) To improve the drying effect, the system adopts a high air volume centrifugal fan as the hot air circulation fan, which can increase the wind speed of the hot air passing through the material layer and improve the drying rate.
