The positive electrode materials for lithium batteries have also evolved from a single lithium cobalt oxide material to a stage where materials such as lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, lithium nickel cobalt oxide, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, and lithium iron phosphate are advancing simultaneously. Driven by the growth of the lithium battery market, the overall market for lithium battery materials is on the rise, and the progress made in the research of lithium battery cathode materials indicates its broad market prospects.

Lithium iron phosphate is a new material that has sparked the lithium battery industry and is at the forefront of its development. Our company has independently developed a lithium iron phosphate double cone vacuum dryer based on the material characteristics of lithium iron phosphate and the digestion and absorption of foreign equipment and technology.

Equipment working principle:

Introduce a heat source into the sealed interlayer, and transfer the heat to the dry material through the inner shell; Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside the tank continuously mix to achieve the purpose of strengthening; The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in air pressure causes the solvent on the surface of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly discharged by the vacuum pump. The solvent inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is discharged towards the surface, and these three processes continue. The material achieves the drying goal in a very short period of time.

Equipment Description:

(1) The equipment consists of a host, motor, rotary joint, reducer, etc.

(2) The top of the equipment is equipped with a Φ 400 manhole, and the discharge port is equipped with a stainless steel butterfly valve, which can control the discharge flow and is easy to operate.

(3) Set the required temperature for control according to the process requirements, and use hot water or steam heating according to the set temperature range. The heating system is provided by the user.

(4) Dry materials are placed inside the dryer, and under vacuum conditions, the materials continuously flip and receive heat from the inner surface of the contact wall, thereby accelerating the drying of the materials, saving 1/3 of the time compared to static vacuum dryers, and improving labor productivity.
